This dictionary was compiled by Stanford students who worked with Dr Sarah Ogilvie to collect hundreds of words from all areas of campus life, researched them, defined them, and created this online dictionary. The primary audience for the dictionary is new Stanford frosh, other students, and future generations who want to look back and see what life was like at Stanford at this time.
